US stocks tumble at the open; Dow off 188 points
MarketWatch The Dow Jones Industrial Average (US:djia) shed 166.57 points, or 1.3%, to 13,157.82. The S&P 500 index (US:spx) lost 17.10 points, or 1.2%, to 1,416.72.
