Ex-cons touted to prospective employers
Correctional Service of Canada has launched an online awareness campaign, which includes a video with testimonials from offenders and employers, to help prisoners land jobs after their release. But critics say the government erected a huge barrier to employment with tougher pardon rules and higher application fees.
