S&P 500, Nasdaq Rise; Dow Ends Flat
Wall Street Journal Apple also increased its stock-buyback program, raised its dividend and announced a seven-for-one stock split. The S&P 500 added 3.22 points, or 0.2%, to 1878.61, while the tech-oriented Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 21.37 points, or 0.5%, to 4148.34.
