U.S. Stocks Rally on Stimulus Hopes
NASDAQ The Nasdaq Composite Index added 9.52 points, or 0.24%, to 3929.57. The government's September nonfarm payroll, which was delayed by more than two weeks because of the government shutdown, showed 148,000 jobs were added last month.
