Former Benefun executive faces ICAC fraud charge

Lawrence Lo King-fat, a former senior executive of Hong Kong-listed China Environmental Resources, and Choy Ping-fai, a proprietor of an investment company, have been charged by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) with conspiracy to defraud.
