Wall Street Journal NEW YORK—Stocks tilted further into the red in afternoon trading, as the Dow industrials moved in a narrower range than they have all summer ahead of the month's end. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 36 points, or 0.3%, to 13037, in Tuesday trading.
