Securities regulator to probe behaviour of financial institutions in IPO pricings

Beijing has begun an investigation into the process by which initial public offerings (IPOs) of shares are priced. Institutions participating in pricing consultations will be required to file their research documents with the regulator for detailed scrutiny.
