Stocks Rise, Erasing S&P 500's Decline for 2011; Treasuries Drop
The S&P 500 added 0.6 percent to 1261.68 at 12:01 pm New York time. The MSCI All-Country World Index advanced 0.6 percent, set for the longest winning streak since Dec. 5. Copper increased 1.6 percent and oil in New York approached $ 100 a barrel.
